The Skin Geek 1-day Microneedling training covers theory and practical demonstrations using the Skin Geek microneedling rollers from 0.25mm to 1.5mm.
Microneedling rollers, products and consumables will be given free of charge to use in your own practical session within the training day and models will be provided. A full kit will be given to take home.
As well as working on models you will be working on each other as the last practical session.
Advice is offered on electronic devices, there are many on the market, but Skin Geek is not affiliated to any particular brand. If you are happy to start your microneedling journey with the rollers, then you are not required to pre-purchase anything.
You are required to complete a pre assessment before attending the course. This MUST be completed and brought with you on the day. This will take you approximately 2 hours.
2 case studies will be required to complete the course and obtain your certificate. The information on these will be given on your training day and be clearly detailed for you to follow.
The training will cover:
A recognised qualification in Level 3 Beauty or above. Semi-Permanent Makeup artist. Nurse, Dentist or Doctor.
Please speak with your insurance company if you are at all unsure and ask if they will cover you for this treatment.
Please check with your local council about licensing to carry out this treatment in your premises. Each council is different; however, you will be required to have a sharps bin and waste collection – we will advise on companies who offer this.
Your place will only be confirmed once payment has been received. Please ensure you have insurance to practise once you are trained.
